鳳凰美田 黒判 復刻版【栃木】～美しい田園から復活～

今宵のお供は栃木県を代表する銘酒、小林酒造の「鳳凰美田」です。

1872年(明治5年)創業の小林酒造は栃木県南部の小山市に位置し、

日光山系の伏流水が湧きだす美しい田園が広がる地で銘酒を醸しております。

小山市に編入合併する前は下都賀郡「美田（みた）」村という名称であったことと、

創業当初からの銘柄である「鳳凰」が由来となり「鳳凰美田」が生まれました。

「地元に根差した愛される酒、蔵元をめざす」というポリシーのもとに醸された

日本酒は、初めて日本酒を飲む方でも美味しく飲める味わいとなっております。

今回ご紹介する黒判は、山田錦を45％まで精米した贅沢な純米大吟醸です。

特約店でのみ販売していた銘柄でしたが、原材料お高騰等様々な理由から終売となっておりました。

ただ今回小林酒造の公式Instagramのフォロワー数1万人突破を記念し、

高級酒を気軽に楽しんで頂きたいという想いから黒判が限定的に復活したようです。

 

溢れ出る華やかな香りと芳醇な旨味。

マスカットやメロンを連想させるような果実感満載の味わい。

また出会えることがあれば、改めて手に取りたい逸品です。

Hououbiden ~Japanese sake review~

Tonight's accompaniment is "Hououbiden" from Kobayashi Shuzo, a famous sake that represents Tochigi Prefecture.

Kobayashi Sake Brewery, which was founded in 1872 (Meiji 5), is located in Oyama City in the southern part of Tochigi Prefecture.

The sake is brewed in a beautiful countryside where the underground water of the Nikko Mountains springs up.

Before the merger with Oyama City, the name "Mita" village in Shimotsuga-gun and the brand name "Phoenix" from the beginning of business were used to create "Hououbiden".

Sake brewed under the policy of aiming to be a sake brewery that is rooted in the local community, is a taste that even those who drink sake for the first time can enjoy it deliciously.

The black plate introduced this time is a luxurious Junmai Daiginjo, which contains 45% of Yamada Nishiki rice.

It was a brand that was sold only at distributors, but it was sold out for various reasons such as soaring raw materials.

However, in commemoration of the number of official Instagram followers of Kobayashi Sake Brewing exceeded 10,000,
it seems that the black format has been revived in a limited way in the hope that you can enjoy high-class sake casually.
