Tonight's companion is "Gakki Masamune" from the Ookidaikichi head office in Fukushima that I picked up the other day.
It was featured in the magazine dancyu's special feature on sake, and it may become so popular that it may become impossible to drink! The urge to do so made me want to drink.
By the way, it seems unusual that the name of musical instrument is included in the name of sake,It seems that this was the origin.
The name of “Gakki Masamune” is the name of the second generation Daikichi during the Taisho era.
It is derived from the fact that the composer, Okui Yoshisa, said that "making sake and playing musical instruments was originally a tribute to God as well."
The second generation Daikichi developed this sake brewery, which was separated from the soy sauce shop, and created the foundation of the Okishiroyoshi head office with a novel idea that breaks the existing concept in sake brewing.
You can open it while feeling the depth of sake due to its quaint origin.
Compared to BIO, I felt it was richer and heavier than I expected, but it played a harmony harmony with meat and fish.
